How decisions are made
No protected characteristic is used to rank, screen, approve or deny a stay. This portal never automatically approves or denies an applicant. Tenant-screening reports remain in the association's approved external process; any adverse action based on a consumer report requires a separate notice and human review.
Assistance animals
Service animals and other assistance animals are not pets. A no-pets rule does not by itself bar a reasonable accommodation. No pet fee or animal deposit is charged for an approved assistance animal. A request may be made through the existing Airbnb conversation; please describe the accommodation requested, but do not send a diagnosis or medical records through this portal. No particular certificate or registration is required, and breed, size, or weight alone is not a reason for denial. If both the disability and disability-related need are not apparent, Owner may request only reliable supporting information permitted by law. Any direct-threat or property-damage assessment is individualized and considers whether another accommodation can reduce the risk.
Privacy and equal treatment
Owner does not disclose or discuss the race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or other protected characteristics of past, current, or prospective guests or neighbors. Every applicant receives the same neutral booking, occupancy, and condominium-association process information.
Corrections
If application data is wrong or incomplete, use the private edit link before submission or message Owner. A screening-report dispute must be made with the reporting agency identified in any adverse-action notice.
