- HOA board approval. We submit your file to the association. Typical processing: about a week.
- Check-in released. Once approved, you receive the door codes and arrival guide.
Stays of 30+ nights require the association's lease application, a background-check authorization ($100 fee, paid by the guest), the house rules acknowledgment and a lease agreement. Shorter stays use a simplified guest registration.
